Technology architect, educator and digital transformation adviser with 25 years designing and delivering enterprise platforms, education management systems and capability-building programmes across the United States, West Africa, South Asia, Latin America and Europe. Dual national of the United States and Sierra Leone.

Contributor to the Sierra Leone Learning Passport with the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation, UNICEF and the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, reaching 50,000+ students. Architect of SLOEDP, Sierra Leone's first open election data platform, adopted by the Independent Media Commission and hosted at Njala University. Designed and delivered election-violence monitoring data platforms for IFES in the Maldives and Senegal, supporting networks of 130 trained monitors. Institutional clients have included the Government of Sierra Leone, Njala University, the University of Sierra Leone, the Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone, the New York City Department of Education, the New York State Office of Information Technology Services and a US federal department.

Formerly Global Practice Lead for the digital experience platform portfolio and North America Practice Lead at Accenture Song, responsible for a practice of 1,500+ practitioners across the platforms and skill sets I was responsible for. Established MarTech and DXP centres of excellence in Mexico (2015), Costa Rica (2016) and India (2017), recruited, trained and certified the architects and engineers, set the delivery standards, then handed ownership to local leadership. Twice recognised by Accenture Architecture Leadership for teaching the highest number of sessions across its architecture schools (FY23 Bronze Faculty, FY25 Gold Faculty).

Chief Executive of TpGroup (SL) Limited, a 50-person Sierra Leonean group in education technology, real estate and heritage tourism, including TpEMIS, a multi-tenant education management platform for universities.
