Professional summary

Technology architect, educator and digital transformation adviser with 25 years designing and delivering enterprise platforms, education management systems and capability-building programmes across the United States, West Africa, South Asia, Latin America and Europe. Contributor to the Sierra Leone Learning Passport with the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation, UNICEF and the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, reaching 50,000+ students. Architect of SLOEDP, Sierra Leone's first open election data platform, adopted by the Independent Media Commission and hosted at Njala University. Formerly Global Practice Lead for the digital experience platform portfolio and North America Practice Lead at Accenture Song: a practice of 1,500+ practitioners across the platforms and skill sets I was responsible for, and a practice pipeline of US $50M–96M across 10+ platform alliances. Designated subject matter expert and subject matter architect across eleven digital experience and content platforms (Drupal, Acquia, WordPress VIP, Pantheon, Liferay, Optimizely, Episerver, Contentful, Contentstack, Amplience and Uniform), serving as architect and technical delivery lead on 20+ enterprise engagements. Established MarTech and DXP centres of excellence in Mexico (2015), Costa Rica (2016) and India (2017), recruited, trained and certified the architects and engineers, set the delivery standards, then handed ownership to local leadership. Twice recognised by Accenture Architecture Leadership for teaching the highest number of sessions across its architecture schools (FY23 Bronze Faculty, FY25 Gold Faculty): 35+ sessions averaging 215 attendees; with the Analysts and Experience Hire schools, 55+ teaching engagements reaching 8,000+ students and practitioners.

At Accenture every project was a teaching engagement. The open-source platform skills each programme needed were rarely on the bench, so on every programme I built the bench, staffed it and handed it over, then did it again on the next one, until that practice reached 1,500+ practitioners. I mentored teams through vendor certification until Accenture held more Acquia Drupal certifications than any other partner globally (2017–2019), and represented the practice for several years on the Acquia Drupal Strategic Committee and on the Contentstack Strategic Partner Group, contributing feedback and direction to both products.

Agentic AI has been the centre of my practice for the last three years: Udacity Agentic AI Nanodegree (2026), 38 AI courses totalling 180+ hours completed in one year, Accenture Technology Quotient 14/14 with the Agentic AI assessment passed, and a public Agentic-First Architecture series on Substack. I mentor and coach architects, engineers, IT managers, executives and founders, and I still write code.
