I draw the risks out early, weigh them in the open and design for them. You get an architecture that anticipates what goes wrong, not one that discovers it in production.

I recruit, arrange and steady the bench, set the standard, then hand it over. Three delivery centres, the global practice of 1,500+ practitioners they fed, and every programme since were built that way.

A teacher first
Twenty-five years of paid teaching, from secondary-school mathematics to enterprise architects. I explain until it is understood, write it down, and leave the knowledge with you.

Thirty-eight AI courses in one year, an Agentic AI Nanodegree and a public architecture series. I do not architect systems I could not implement myself.

Tamba Sheku Lamin is a technology architect and educator with 25 years of experience across US federal government, life sciences, consumer technology, education and international development. He was Global Practice Lead for the digital experience platform portfolio and North America Practice Lead at Accenture Song, and now works independently as founder and principal consultant of TSL Intelligence Labs, Inc. (formerly TpISENT, Inc.) in New York. He is a dual national of the United States and Sierra Leone.

Yes. Yes. TpISENT Talent Development runs executive cohorts on agentic AI, responsible AI and AI-led software delivery for IT managers and executives: shorter sessions across the same build-first curriculum as the 48-contact-hour intensive, focused on what leaders must be able to see, ask and decide. Cohorts are delivered online worldwide; in person in Sierra Leone (hosted by TpISENT (SL) Limited) and in the United States and the United Kingdom (hosted by TSL Intelligence Labs, Inc.); in Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria and across West Africa by arrangement; and elsewhere on request.

He contributed to the Sierra Leone Learning Passport with the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation, UNICEF and the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, reaching 50,000+ students; architected SLOEDP, Sierra Leone's first open election data platform, adopted by the Independent Media Commission and hosted at Njala University; delivered election-violence monitoring platforms for IFES in the Maldives and Senegal; and led digital transformation for Njala University, the University of Sierra Leone and the Government of Sierra Leone's Open Government Initiative.
