Twenty-five years of architecture and delivery, including migrating one of the highest-traffic US federal web estates, a district-wide special education system for 1,600+ schools in New York City, and the establishment of MarTech and DXP centres of excellence in Mexico, Costa Rica and India that became the concentration of the 1,500+ practitioner global practice he later led. AI-led SDLC training teaches a delivery team to run its software development lifecycle and DevSecOps with agentic coding tools: the rules, hooks, commands and purpose-built agents that let the team move faster while keeping the review gates and evidence trail an enterprise needs. Tamba Lamin built agentic tooling of this kind that was used on programmes valued at over $10M. It is delivered as six-day team programmes for architects, software engineers, developers, IT professionals, IT managers and IT executives.

In person in Sierra Leone, where TpISENT (SL) Limited is based in Freetown, with residential cohorts at Kent from Q1 2027. They build throughout. The curriculum moves through infrastructure, platform and application layers, specification discipline, 12-factor design, MACH architecture, cloud, site reliability engineering and AI pair-programming with agentic coding tools, and every participant finishes with a capstone deployed to Google Cloud Platform.

Tamba Lamin was twice recognised by Accenture Architecture Leadership for teaching the highest number of sessions across its architecture schools, with the FY23 Bronze and FY25 Gold Faculty Awards, and holds the Bronze Faculty tier of the Reinvention with Agentic AI programme. Across Accenture's Architecture, Analysts and Experience Hire schools he delivered 55+ teaching engagements reaching 8,000+ students and practitioners. He was an adjunct professor at Pace University from 2014 to 2020, co-authored research articles there, and has taught continuously since secondary school in Sierra Leone.

Because the open-source platform skills each programme needed (Drupal, Acquia, WordPress VIP, Contentful, Contentstack and the rest) were rarely available on the bench when the work was sold. On every programme he built the bench, staffed it, trained and certified it, handed it over to local leadership and then did the same on the next programme, until that practice reached 1,500+ practitioners across the India, Mexico and Costa Rica delivery centres. He mentored teams through vendor certification until Accenture held more Acquia Drupal certifications than any other partner globally (2017–2019), and represented the practice for several years on the Acquia Drupal Strategic Committee and on the Contentstack Strategic Partner Group, contributing feedback and direction to both products. Capability transfer was the deliverable, not the afterthought.

Yes. He contributed to the Sierra Leone Learning Passport with the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation, UNICEF and the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, reaching 50,000+ students; architected SLOEDP, Sierra Leone's first open election data platform, adopted by the Independent Media Commission and hosted at Njala University; delivered election-violence monitoring platforms for IFES in the Maldives and Senegal; and led digital transformation for Njala University, the University of Sierra Leone and the Government of Sierra Leone's Open Government Initiative.
