Yes. Tamba Lamin takes Lead Architect engagements on implementation programmes as a fractional architect at two to three days a week or embedded for a programme phase, and also does fixed-scope architecture assessments, presales solution engineering and post-sales rescue and hardening. He contracts corp-to-corp through TpISENT, Inc. (New York) with US, UK and EU clients and is based on GMT.

Twenty-five years of architecture and delivery, including migrating one of the highest-traffic US federal web estates, a district-wide special education system for 1,600+ schools in New York City, and the establishment of MarTech and DXP centres of excellence in Mexico, Costa Rica and India that became the concentration of the 1,500+ practitioner global practice he later led. He holds Accenture's Senior Technology Architect certification and still writes code: he does not architect systems he could not implement himself.

Tamba Lamin built agentic tooling of this kind that was used on programmes valued at over $10M. In person in Sierra Leone, where TpISENT (SL) Limited is based in Freetown, with residential cohorts at Kent from Q1 2027. Cohorts in Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria and elsewhere in the West African and wider African region are delivered at the client's site or a partner venue by arrangement, and every track is available online. Institutional cohorts are priced per cohort at US $6,000 to 12,000 depending on size and track.

Yes. Executive and team cohorts are delivered in New York, where TpISENT, Inc. is based, and anywhere else on request. US, UK and EU clients contract corp-to-corp with TpISENT, Inc.; online cohorts are scheduled on GMT, aligned to UK and EU working hours, with North American times by arrangement.

They build throughout. The curriculum moves through infrastructure, platform and application layers, specification discipline, 12-factor design, MACH architecture, cloud, site reliability engineering and AI pair-programming with agentic coding tools, and every participant finishes with a capstone deployed to Google Cloud Platform.

Tamba Lamin was twice recognised by Accenture Architecture Leadership for teaching the highest number of sessions across its architecture schools, with the FY23 Bronze and FY25 Gold Faculty Awards, and holds the Bronze Faculty tier of the Reinvention with Agentic AI programme. He was an adjunct professor at Pace University from 2014 to 2020 and has taught continuously since secondary school in Sierra Leone.

Yes. He contributed to the Sierra Leone Learning Passport with the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation, UNICEF and the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, reaching 50,000+ students; architected SLOEDP, Sierra Leone's first open election data platform, adopted by the Independent Media Commission and hosted at Njala University; delivered election-violence monitoring platforms for IFES in the Maldives and Senegal; and led digital transformation for Njala University, the University of Sierra Leone and the Government of Sierra Leone's Open Government Initiative.
