National digital learning platform delivered with the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation, UNICEF and the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, providing curriculum-aligned learning to school-age children nationally.
Outcome. Reached 50,000+ students.
Sierra Leone Open Election Data Platform (SLOEDP)
Open election data initiative, Sierra Leone · 2018
Design and delivery of Sierra Leone's first open election data platform (electiondata.io): open-source collection, visualisation and sharing of ballot results, candidate profiles, polling stations and political-violence incident reports, aligned with global open election data principles.
Outcome. Adopted by the Independent Media Commission. 29 monitors trained. Hosted and maintained at Njala University: capability transferred to a national institution rather than retained by a contractor.

Documented audiences include programme and project managers, high school teachers, university professors, students, older adults, developers, product owners, CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, managing directors, human rights defenders and political violence monitors. At Accenture every project was also a teaching engagement: building, staffing and certifying a new open-source delivery team for each programme. Formal teaching: 35+ architecture-school sessions (FY21–FY26) averaging 215 attendees, eight seven-day Analysts School courses (average class 95) and three five-day Experience Hire School courses (average class 65); 55+ teaching engagements reaching 8,000+ students and practitioners. Panellist at the UN Summit of the Future Action Days (2024) by invitation of the Permanent Mission of Sierra Leone to the United Nations.
