Open election data initiative, Sierra Leone · 2018

Design and delivery of Sierra Leone's first open election data platform, providing structured public access to election monitoring data.

Outcome. Adopted by the Independent Media Commission. 29 monitors trained. Hosted and maintained at Njala University: capability transferred to a national institution rather than retained by a contractor.
