Tracks

Online

Live, instructor-led sessions over Zoom or Meet with a shared Moodle workspace. Six days, or spread across evenings and weekends.

Hybrid

Online sessions with in-person build days at a partner venue in Freetown or the client's own site.

Executives leave able to ask precise questions of their own teams and vendors.

What is AI-led SDLC training, and who is it for?

AI-led SDLC training teaches a delivery team to run its software development lifecycle and DevSecOps with agentic coding tools: the rules, hooks, commands and purpose-built agents that let the team move faster while keeping the review gates and evidence trail an enterprise needs. Tamba Lamin built agentic tooling of this kind that was used on programmes valued at over $10M. It is delivered as six-day team programmes for architects, software engineers, developers, IT professionals, IT managers and IT executives.

Where in West Africa is the training delivered?

In person in Sierra Leone, where TpISENT (SL) Limited is based in Freetown, with residential cohorts at Kent from Q1 2027. Cohorts in Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria and elsewhere in the West African and wider African region are delivered at the client's site or a partner venue by arrangement, and every track is available online. Institutional cohorts are priced per cohort at US $6,000 to 12,000 depending on size and track.

Is the training available in New York or outside Africa?

Yes. Executive and team cohorts are delivered in New York, where TpISENT, Inc. is based, and anywhere else on request. US, UK and EU clients contract corp-to-corp with TpISENT, Inc.; online cohorts are scheduled on GMT, aligned to UK and EU working hours, with North American times by arrangement.

They build throughout. The curriculum moves through infrastructure, platform and application layers, specification discipline, 12-factor design, MACH architecture, cloud, site reliability engineering and AI pair-programming with agentic coding tools, and every participant finishes with a capstone deployed to Google Cloud Platform.

What teaching credentials sit behind the training?

Tamba Lamin was twice recognised by Accenture Architecture Leadership for teaching the highest number of sessions across its architecture schools, with the FY23 Bronze and FY25 Gold Faculty Awards, and holds the Bronze Faculty tier of the Reinvention with Agentic AI programme. He was an adjunct professor at Pace University from 2014 to 2020 and has taught continuously since secondary school in Sierra Leone.
