# TpISENT Talent Development intensive

Hands-on, 48-contact-hour intensive for architects, software engineers, developers, IT professionals, IT managers and IT executives.

Participants build throughout. Every session ends with something running: infrastructure, platform and application layers in turn, with specification discipline and AI pair-programming applied from day one.

Participants build throughout, finishing with a capstone deployed to GCP.

- Site reliability engineering: observability, SLOs, incident practice

### Application layer

- MACH architecture: microservices, API-first, cloud-native, headless
- API design and integration
- Frontend and content platforms

### Specification discipline

- Software requirements specifications and SPEC-driven delivery
- Architecture decision records
- Review gates and evidence trail

### AI pair-programming

- Agentic coding tools in a real delivery loop
- Rules, hooks, commands and purpose-built agents for an AI-led SDLC
- Guardrails an enterprise will accept

### Capstone

- Each participant designs, builds and deploys a working system to GCP
- Architecture walkthrough and review

## Tracks

- **Online.** Live, instructor-led sessions over Zoom or Meet with a shared Moodle workspace. Six days, or spread across evenings and weekends.
- **Hybrid.** Online sessions with in-person build days at a partner venue in Freetown or the client's own site.
- **Residential.** Six consecutive days on site, all meals and workspace provided. Residential cohorts at Kent open from Q1 2027.

## Cohort types

- **Individual.** Open cohorts for individual professionals. Places are limited so that every participant deploys.
- **Institutional.** A closed cohort for one university, government body or company, on your calendar and on your systems where appropriate.
- **Executive.** For IT managers and executives: the same build-first method, shorter sessions, focused on what leaders must be able to see, ask and decide.

_Institutional cohorts are priced per cohort, not per seat, so the unit cost falls as the cohort fills._

**Executive includes:** Shorter sessions across the same six modules; What leaders must be able to see, ask and decide about architecture and AI-led delivery; A working capstone the group deploys together.
